対象疾患/Condition

対象疾患名/Condition

1)年齢20歳以上80歳以下
2) 治療が必要な食道静脈瘤が確認され、かつ内視鏡的静脈瘤結紮術（EVL）よる治療可能な症例。
3) Child-Pugh grade A or Bの肝硬変症例。

1) Patients between 20 and 80 years old.
2) Patients have esophageal varices which could be treated by EVL therapy.
3) Patients with liver cirrhosis are Child-Pugh Classification (A or B).

F2以上の食道以上の食道静脈瘤を持ち、EVL治療を受けることが出来るもの。

Patients who had F2 esophageal varices or larger and can receive EVL treatment.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

Ongoing pharmacological acid supressive therapy
Drinking alcohol within 3 months before the start of the study;
Child-Pugh score
epatocellular carcinoma (HCC);
Portal thrombosis.
