選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・自覚的な便秘症症状が1年以上継続している．
・便秘評価尺度5点以上で，便秘症状により日常生活に支障があると感じている.

They are aware of their constipation condition for one year or more.
They have five or more scores of the Constipation Assessment Scale.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・日本語の読み書きができない．
・便秘症状に対して，定期的に医師の診察を受け，決められた服薬を行っている．
・器質的な排便障害があるまたは，他の疾患及び薬剤内服の副作用による二次的な便秘症状である．
・現在妊娠中か妊娠の可能性がある，または授乳中である．
・過去に温熱シートで皮膚障害を起こしたことがある．

They could not read or speak Japanese;
They have taken the medicine which the doctor prescribed to constipation condition.
They are the secondary constipation condition there is an organic defecation obstacle or according to other diseases and the side effects of drug intake.
There is possibility of the inside of the present pregnancy or pregnancy, or it is under breast-feeding.
They have caused the skin obstacle with the sheet in the past.
