目的1/Narrative objectives1	兵庫県受動喫煙防止条例公布前後の、兵庫県阪神南地区、阪神北地区、および神戸地区の主要医療機関における急性冠症候群の発生患者数の推移を検討 同期間の岐阜県での主要医療機関における同症候群の発生患者数と比較する	Number of patients with acute coronary syndrome treated at the major institutions in Hanshin and Kobe district before and after the enactment of prefectural legislation banning smoking in public places will be compared with those in Gifu prefecture.

主な結果/Results	急性冠症候群数は、兵庫県、岐阜県とも合計数に変化は認めなかった。（受動喫煙防止条例施行前、施行後1年後、2年後の急性冠症候群総数はそれぞれ、兵庫県: 1774 例、1784例、1720 例, 岐阜県: 1226 例、1174 例、1206 例)。 しかし、兵庫県を神戸市とその他の都市に分けると、神戸市では有意に急性冠症候群数が減少していた（神戸市における受動喫煙防止条例施行前、施行後1年後、2年後の急性冠症候群総数はそれぞれ 895例、830例(-7.3%)、792例(-11.5%)。Circ J. 2016 Nov 25;80(12):2528-2532.	The number of ACS admissions did not change from the years 2012 to 2015 in both Hyogo District (1774 in the pre year, 1784 in the first year, and 1720 in the second year) and Gifu Prefecture (1226 in the pre year, 1174 in the first year, and 1206 in the second year). However, a clear reduction was observed in the sub-analysis for Kobe City (895 in the preceding year, 830 (-7.3%) in the first year, and 792 (-11.5%) in the second year).
