目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	切除予定肺癌症例におけるEUSおよびEUS-FNAによる両側副腎評価の臨床的有用性について検討する。	To evaluate the clinical impact of EUS and EUS-FNA of bilateral adrenal glands in potentially resectable lung cancer patients.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	EUSによる右副腎の描出率。 EUS/EUS-FNAによる副腎転移の正診率をCT、PET-CTと比較する。	To assess the detection rate of right adrenal gland by EUS and to compare the accuracy between CT, PET-CT and EUS/EUS-FNA for adrenal metastases.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	EUS/EUS-FNAによる副腎転移の感度、特異度、PPV、NPVをCT、PET-CTと比較する。 EUS-FNAの偶発症発生率。	To compare the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) between CT, PET-CT and EUS/EUS-FNA for adrenal metastases. To evaluate the incidence of EUS/EUS-FNA related complications.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	2009年10月から2011年9月までに岐阜大学医学部附属病院にて病期診断を目的にEUS/EUS-FNAを受けた切除予定肺癌患者連続症例。	Consecutive patients with potentially resectable lung cancer who underwent EUS/EUS-FNA for staging of lung cancer at the Gifu University Hospital between October 2009 and September 2011.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	ASA4または5の患者 出血傾向のある患者 抗凝固剤を内服している患者	The exclusion criteria were patients with poor medical conditions of grades 4 and 5 according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification system, and patients with bleeding tendency and coagulopathy.
