目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	急性リンパ性白血病（Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, ALL）の5年生存率、および生存に与える移植療法の影響を明らかにする。さらに今後のJALSG ALL治療プロトコール作成の戦略を検討するためのデータを蓄積する。	5-year survivals of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and efficacy of stem cell transplantation therapy in the treatment of ALL, and accumulation of data for conducting JALSG ALL protocol.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	（1）ALL患者の5年生存率 （2）ALL患者の生存率に対する造血幹細胞移植の影響 （3）造血幹細胞移植を受けたALL患者の生存率に対する移植時期、前処置の影響 （4）国内ALLの年齢、性別、病型スペクトラム （5）既知の予後因子による全症例層別化可能性の確認 （6）化学療法の実施状況 （7）化学療法による寛解持続期間	(1) ALL patient 5-year survivals (2) Effect of stem cell transplantation (SCT) on ALL patients (3) Effect of timing of SCT and conditioning regimen on ALL patients (4) Numbers of patients with ALL by age group, sex and type of diseases (5) Feasibility of classification according to known prognostic factors (6) Description of patients' status in chemotherapy program (7) Remission duration due to chemotherapy
