選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
１）通常の頚部クリッピングやコイル塞栓術による治療など、動脈瘤の消失・縮小が期待できる他の治療法が存在しない、未破裂の巨大・血栓化動脈瘤である。
２）画像経過観察により増大傾向が認められる。
３）十分なインフォームドコンセントにより研究への同意が得られている。

2)aneurysmal grwoth was confirmed with CT or MRI
3)wrriten informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１）明らかな破裂が確認された動脈瘤。
２）頭部への放射線治療歴がある、または放射線治療中である。
３）動脈瘤近傍（照射野内）の主幹動脈に狭窄性病変を有する。

①研究開始時の予想に反し、実際には適応症例が極端に少ない。
②研究開始時には使用できなかった新たな血管内手術デバイス（フローダイバーターステント）が使用可能となり、今後新たな本研究適応症例の出現は更に少なくなると予想される。
上記理由により2019年1月31日に中止した。
