冠動脈造影で確認された冠動脈疾患患者で、冠動脈ステント留置術などDAPTを受ける患者(DAPT群）および年齢・性別・冠動脈病変重症度をマッチしたアスピリン単独治療を受けている患者(SAPT群）

主な結果/Results

日本語
登録患者の一部分における解析を公表した。登録時MRIにて、2例（14％）に脳内微小出血（CMB： cerebral microbleeds）が認められた。8ヵ月後のMRIでは、新たに2例（14％）にCMBが出現した。CMBを認めた症例において、登録時に施行時において、冠動脈造影における有意冠動脈狭窄病変数が有意に多く（p=0.04）、SYTAXスコアが高い傾向（p=0.06）がみられた。また、CMBを認めた群と認めない群において、登録時の血圧値に差は無かったが、8ヵ月後の収縮期血圧と拡張期血圧がともにCMBを認めた群で高値であった（それぞれp=0.03およびp=0.02）。
