選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1)2回以上の角膜移植片不全が有り、再移植でも予後不良と予想される症例。
2)0.05以下の視力で、僚眼も視力低下している症例。
3)同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の患者。
4)本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者。

1) Eyes after corneal transplant failure over twice in which unsuccessful corneal transplant is expected.
2) Best corrected visual acuity less than 0.05 and visual acuity in the contralateral eye is decreased.
3) Age of 20 years or more.
4) Patients giving informed consent with documents.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)末期緑内障。
2)網膜剥離、視神経委縮のある症例。
3)自己免疫性疾患(類天疱瘡、Stevens-
Johnson症候群、ぶどう膜炎、シェーグレン症候群等)、及び、重篤な化学熱傷後、あるいは他の重篤な炎症がある症例。
4)瞬目不能、あるいは涙液不全がある症例。
5)術後の頻繁な定期経過観察が困難と思われる患者。
6)妊娠中あるいは妊娠の可能性がある女性。
7)授乳中の女性。
8)その他、医師が適切でないと判断した患者。

1) End-stage glaucoma
2) Eyes with retinal detachment or optic disc atrophy.
3) Patients with auto-immune disease(pemphigoid, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, uveitis, Sjogren syndrome),after chemical burn, or severe inflammatory disease.
4) Eyes with incomplete blinking or insufficient tearing.
5) Patients who cannot receive frequent postoperative examination.
6) Pregnant women or women who are expected to be pregnant.
7) Breast-feeding women
8) Patients doctors did not think are appropriate for this study.
