前治療のないFemale to Male患者

Female to Male patient without the previous hormone therapy

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・検査を容認できない患者。
・妊娠または妊娠している可能性のある患者。
・すでに別の形でホルモン投与を行っているもしくは行った経歴のある患者。
・社会不適応ないし経済的な理由を含め、継続して受診のできない患者。
・性同一性障害でないもの及びホルモン療法を行うことで健康に重篤な悪影響を及ぼす疾患などが否定されない患者。
・性別適合手術を行った患者ないし、研究中に性別適合手術を行う予定の患者。　
・「性同一性障害に関する診断と治療のガイドライン　第3版」上、ホルモン療法を施行するための条件に合致しない患者。

The patient who cannot accept inspection.
The pregnancy or the patient who may be pregnant.
The patient with the previous hormone therapy.
The patient cannot contact continuously.
The patient is not gender identity disorders and have possibility of serious diseases to adversely affect with hormone therapy.
The patient who performed a sex reassignment surgery or the planned patient who perform a sex reassignment surgery in a study.
The patient who is excluded to hormone therapy in "the guidelines on diagnosis and treatment third edition about gender identity disorders."
