目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	不安障害に対してリスクを有する不安パーソナリティ傾向の強い健常者を対象として、注意バイアス調整治療法（ABMT）を施行し、二重盲検ランダム化比較対照試験 (RCT) により、その効果評価を行う。 評価手法として、各種質問票や内分泌指標、機能的核磁気共鳴画像を用いて検証する。	To investigate the anxiety-alleviating effect of Attention Bias Modification Treatment (ABMT) for healthy young adults with high anxiety-related personality trait using a functional magnetic resonance imaging

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	・不安関連パーソナリティ特性について一定以上の得点を満たす者	1) High score of the anxiety-related personality trait
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	・精神疾患簡易構造化面接法 (MINI) によって主要な精神障害に罹患していると判断された者 ・医学的に重大な疾患を有す者 ・頭部外傷を有する者 ・精神科に通院中である者 ・過去30日以内に向精神薬を服用している者 ・体内に金属製の埋込物を持つ者 ・妊婦、妊娠の可能性のある者	1) Presence of significant psychiatric disorders determined by the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview 2) Presence of significant medical illnesses 3) History of traumatic brain injury 4) Patient of psychiatry 5) Psychotropic medication within the previous month 6) Over-intake of caffeine 7) Metal implants that interfere with the MRI safety 8) Pregnancy
