目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究ではHNPCCあるいは診断基準を満たさないがHNPCCが疑われる症例に対しミスマッチ修復タンパク質の免疫組織染色によりタンパク質の発現していない腫瘍をスクリーニングしHNPCCに準じたフォローをすること、また、免疫組織染色の結果と臨床像（発症年齢、予後、化学療法施行の場合はその効果など）との相関関係を検討すること目的とする。必要に応じてミスマッチ修復遺伝子のDNAシークエンス、プロモーターのメチル化、MSI解析などを行いそれらの腫瘍の発症機構に関する検討を加える。

This project is aiming to screen HNPCC or HNPCC suspicious patients by immunohistchemistry of tumors for loss of expression of MMR protein. Then, identified patients are surveyed according to a recommended guideline. Clinical features should be analyzed with the IHC results. We will add genetic or epigenetic analysis of MMR genes to MMR protein deficient tumors to identify the responsible alterations

HNPCCまたはHNPCCが疑われる患者、HNPCCの亜型（Muir-Torre症候群、Turcot症候群）が疑われる症例でインフォームドコンセントを行い、同意の得られた患者

英語
Patients fulfilled Amsterdam criteria I, II or Bethesda guideline.
Patients suspected HNPCC or related syndrome such as Muir-Torre syndrome or Turcot syndrome.
Patients with written informed consent form.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
