目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	４疾患およびその候補となる原因不明のケトアシドーシス患者、非ケトン性低血糖症の症例についての臨床情報についてアンケート、調査票による２次調査を行い、得られた情報は診断治療指針の作成や、今後の研究へ反映させることを目的とする。	We will collect clinical information for definite and possible cases for these 4 disorders by questionnaire, will make guidelines for diagnosis and treatments, and will use these information for further study.
