松山市周辺の住民で、本研究の説明を受け、同意を得られた20～70歳男女。

-Regidents around Matsuyama City where the intervention is conducted
-Individuals who are explained about the study, and agreed to participate in the study
-Individuals aged 20-70

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
重篤な疾患を持つもの。
・狭心症などの循環器疾患を持つ者
・重度高血圧（収縮期血圧180mmHg以上、拡張期血圧110mmHg以上）を持つ者
・安静時の脈拍が、110 拍/分以上、または50 拍/分以下の者
・重症不整脈をもつ者
・妊娠中の者
・その他運動を中止するべきと判断された者

-individuals whose blood pressure is more than 180/110
-individuals whose HR at rest is more than 110 or under 50
-Those who have serious arrhythmia
-Those who are pregnant
-Those who need to stop activities
