| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | エネルギー制限食が効果的に実践できず、3-4か月経過してもHbA1cが0.5％以上改善しない患者。

Patient whose HbA1c has not been improved more than 0.5%, without practicing Japanese diabetic diet properly.

|||
| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | HbA1c7.4%以下の患者。
BMI22以下の患者。 登録前の糖質が130g/日よりも少ない患者 |
Patient whose HbA1c is less than 7.4%.
Patient whose BMI is less than 22. Patient who eats carbohydrate less than 130 g/day before registration. |
